Um Coffee Thera

Um Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roastery and café in São Paulo founded by Boram Um, a three-time Brazilian Barista Champion, and Garam Um, an SCA-certified instructor. The company grows, roasts, and serves its own beans — ranging from blends to single-origin microlots — across two locations in Pinheiros and Bom Retiro. They also run UM Coffee Academy, offering SCA certification courses and workshops for coffee professionals.
