Cafelix - Jaffa (Roastery)

Cafelix is a local artisan roastery founded in 2011 by Yael and Philip Shafer with a commitment to producing distinctive specialty coffee. The roastery emphasizes direct relationships with farmers, environmental sustainability, and carefully sourced raw materials from around the world, roasting each batch weekly with precision equipment. Cafelix operates three locations across Tel Aviv-Jaffa, each with its own character, and also maintains a coffee house and roastery in Berlin.
