The La Manga Caturra Natural is their signature "fruit bomb." Hellen specializes in natural and anaerobic processing, methods that use zero water and compost all cherry waste back into the soil. For this specific lot, Caturra cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and dried on raised African beds.
