Histórico Café operates multiple spaces dedicated to specialty coffee culture in San Cristobal de las Casas, including a specialty bar, roaster, cacao bar, brew bar, and café-cocktail program. The cafe also features a restaurant with simple, well-prepared cuisine and a bakery, while offering coffee experiences, tastings, and educational courses that explore the history and life of Chiapas coffee.
