Puelo Coffee Roasters

A Santiago specialty café and roastery founded by Tomás Guilisasti, Benjamín Bravo, and Tomás Bravo in Vitacura. The café opened in 2019 and the roastery launched in 2024, earning recognition at the 2025 SCA Coffee Design Awards. Puelo sources coffees from Guatemala, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Honduras, bringing a meticulous slow-coffee philosophy to Chile's specialty scene.
