Finca El Injerto

A legendary Guatemalan coffee estate in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, owned by the Aguirre family since 1956 and producing coffee since the late 19th century. Finca El Injerto has won the Cup of Excellence multiple times and is renowned for exceptional micro-lots including prized Maragogype and experimental processed varieties. They also operate a barista school and café in Guatemala City.
