Florencia y Fortunata is a social enterprise dedicated to highlighting women's work in specialty coffee and closing the gender gap in the coffee sector. The cafe sources traceable coffee lots from different regions of Peru, particularly Cusco and Cajamarca, with a commitment to transparency in their purchasing practices since their founding in May 2021.
